For this reason, noise after midnight is prohibited. Noise levels during the day must also be appropriate to the environment. The use of karaokes and amplifiers is not permitted. In case of non-compliance, the owners reserve the right to vacate the house. - No more people, including children, may stay in the house and use the facilities than those previously agreed upon. * - The operating rules of the Apartments may regulate the possibility of admitting guests into the establishment* and the terms and conditions thereof, so in any case should ask the property or manager at that time. The contravention of this provision may result in the early termination of the stay. - The overnight stay of guests in the establishment shall be considered as occupancy of accommodation for all purposes. * - The HUESPED is responsible for the occupied accommodation and its contents, as well as for the custody of their personal belongings and belongings. The HUESPED undertakes to dispose of their garbage bags in one of the containers available in the urbanization. - The HUESPED must respect the furniture and installations of the dwelling, and must not move the furniture, appliances or equipment from their original place. If any breakdown or breakage occurs, the owners of the house will be informed as soon as possible. We like that all our guests, as well as you, find maximum comfort. - In case of evidence of VANDALISM, NOISE, ALBOROTO, FOUNDED COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER GUESTS or IMPRUDENT USE of the house and its contents, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement.
