*Check in time is at 3pm. If your arrival is earlier than 3 p.m. or you expect to arrive late in the evening, please give us a call so arrangements can be made. All early check-ins must be approved prior to your arrival. Same day requests may not be granted. * Check out time is at 11am. All late check outs must be approved prior to your check out time. * Unauthorized late check out is a $50 fee * Unauthorized check out 2 hours after check out time will result in the guest being charged for a full day’s base rate without discounts. * Any refunds/reimbursement given to traveling guests because of your unauthorized late check will be your responsibility * Absolutely NO Events or Parties! If guests are found to have a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guest will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. *Additional guest after 2 will be charged $30 per person per night * No firearms allowed on premises. * No smoking allowed indoors. Smoking indoors is a $500 penalty * If guest is suspected of carrying and/ or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. * Property left on the premises after 3pm will be donated to charity.
