More details: You will find "Casa Encanto Del Pacifico" to be a very comfortable condo with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom features a super comfy king bed with soft 450 thread cotton sheets and a memory foam pillow.

The kitchen is fully equipped, except for a dishwasher which is not very common in Mexico. The small appliances for your convenience are a drip coffee maker, an electric kettle, a blender and a toaster.

The 50" TV in the living room and the 32" TV in the master bedroom give you access to your personal streaming accounts such as Netflix, HBO and more.

You will have access to two distinct common areas:

The ground floor garden with a large pool as well as the huge roof top terrace offering spectacular 360° views of the city, the mountains, the cruise port, the ocean, and not to forget, the famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets!

On the rooftop, you will find lounge areas, a gym, sunbeds, bathroom, shower as well as a pool.

Each condo is permitted a maximum of 6 people on the rooftop.

As you will have read, everything except your electricity consumption is included in your price. To that end, we kindly ask for an electricity ******** when you arrive, after we have taken a picture of the electricity meter. When you leave, we will take another picture of the meter in order to calculate your exact consumption. Any discrepancy either way will be settled at that moment.

What you must know before booking with us:

Puerto Vallarta is a growing, lively and bustling city! Construction and various other noises cannot be avoided. Part of what makes Mexico and its people so charming is their festive culture which at times may contribute to noises or sounds many of us are not accostumed to. With the sliding terrace doors closed, you will eliminate most noises; turning on your a/c will also help.

Smart Tip: Electricity can get costly in Mexico, so in order to save energy we suggest you use the "Dry" setting on the a/c. Always close all windows when the a/c is in use and turn it off when you leave a room; they're very efficient and cool very fast when you turn them on. This will help you save on your electricity bill.
