FURNISHING THE NOSTRADAMUS HOUSE : The whole HOUSE OF NOSTRADAMUS is furnished, fully equipped, with cooking facilities, all accessories, crockery and cutlery supplied, refrigerator. You are responsible for cleaning your accommodation yourself (unless you accept the "Daily cleaning" option at a cost of €24 per day), it will be checked on your departure and part of your ******** (€200) will be retained if the cleaning is poorly done. ADDITIONAL CHARGES : Tourist taxes, collected on behalf of the communauté de communes, are not included in our rates. They depend on the number of people. They are payable directly on site. VEHICLES : Parking available 50 m from the house (public parking lot). NOISE AND SILENCE : La MAISON DE NOSTRADAMUS prefers to be quiet with its neighbors. The rule respectful of French law (Article R. 623-2 of the Penal Code) is the establishment of silence from 22:00 and exceptionally 23:00 during outdoor events. SAFETY : The safety instructions are to be consulted and followed scrupulously. We remind you that the use of fire is strictly forbidden throughout the HOUSE, except in the designated areas. For safety reasons, the capacity of our accommodation cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. A first-aid kit is available in case of need. PETS : Dogs and cats are tolerated with the owner's permission. In rental accommodation, only dogs weighing less than 30kg are accepted, and only after agreement. Any damage caused by pets will be fully paid for by the tenants. ARRIVALS : For the HOUSE: arrivals can be made any day of the week after 4pm. Departures any day of the week before 10:00 am. In high season (July and August) arrivals are normally on Saturdays after 4.00 pm and departures on Saturdays before 10.00 am (unless special arrangements have been made for your stay, please contact the owner to arrange times). ******** REQUIRED : The reservation is assured and confirmed only after receipt of the ********. The amount of the ******** corresponds to 50% of the estimate. Any change of date or identity will invalidate our agreement. The balance of the proposal or quote will be requested 30 days before your arrival. The reservation will be held 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the proposal or quotation; unless the customer notifies us of a delay within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, after which time we will consider the reservation null and void. The customer may take out insurance to cover this risk. No refunds will be made for shortened stays. Holidaymakers who cancel at least 21 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation between 14 and 21 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund. If cancellation is made after these dates, no refund will be given. Additional nights or weeks will be granted according to availability and charged extra.
