MAISON ALETEIA*** DISCOVERY AND SERENITY

The entire ALETEIA HOUSE is furnished and fully equipped, with cooking facilities, all accessories, crockery and cutlery supplied, refrigerator, table and garden chairs. You are responsible for cleaning your accommodation yourself (unless you accept the "Daily cleaning" option, at a cost of €54 per day). The cleaning will be checked on your departure and part of your ******** (€200) will be retained if the cleaning is not done properly. ADDITIONAL CHARGES : Tourist taxes, collected on behalf of the communauté de communes, are not included in our rates. They depend on the number of people. They are payable directly on site. VEHICLES : Parking available 50 m from the house (public parking lot). NOISE AND SILENCE : La MAISON ALETEIA prefers to be quiet with its neighbors. In accordance with French law (Article R. 623-2 of the Penal Code), silence is required from 10:00 p.m. and exceptionally 11:00 p.m. for outside events. SAFETY : The safety instructions are to be consulted and followed scrupulously. We remind you that the use of fire is strictly forbidden throughout the HOUSE, except in the designated areas. For safety reasons, the capacity of our accommodation cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. A first-aid kit is available in case of need. PETS : Dogs and cats are tolerated with the owner's permission. In rental accommodation, only dogs weighing less than 30kg are accepted, and only with prior agreement. Any damage caused by pets will be fully paid for by the tenants. ARRIVALS : For the HOUSE: arrivals can be made any day of the week after 4pm. Departures any day of the week before 11:00 am. In high season (July and August) arrivals are normally on Saturdays after 4:00 pm and departures on Saturdays before 11:00 am. For another day contact the owner to arrange times. ******** REQUIRED: Reservations are only guaranteed and confirmed once the ******** has been received. The amount of the ******** corresponds to 50% of the estimate. Any change of date or identity will invalidate our agreement. The balance of the proposal or quote will be requested 30 days before your arrival. The reservation will be held 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the proposal or quotation; unless the customer notifies us of a delay within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, after which time we will consider the reservation null and void. The customer may take out insurance to cover this risk. No refunds will be made for shortened stays. Holidaymakers who cancel at least 21 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation between 14 and 21 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund. If cancellation is made after the dates indicated, holidaymakers will receive no refund. EXTENDED STAY : Additional nights or weeks will be granted according to availability and charged extra. Requests must be made as soon as possible.
