Private bedroom in shared apartment

I am a very quiet and relaxed person, being an apartment building there are general rules regarding noise at night, but as I live alone, and both the walls, floors and windows are soundproof, everything can be done as long as we respect together agreements and limits. It is allowed to receive visitors and if the situation arises, even to share a drink or a good party. I do not have pets and generally the ad is published not to receive, but if it is a small pet and the guest is responsible for it, I can be flexible (maybe loving). Something that is paramount to me and my guests is cleanliness and comfort, this is a value of mine, and I make it worth, you will always come to a place where you feel comfortable and safe to sleep, rest or do what you prefer.
