Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!Soy una persona muy tranquila y relajada, por ser un departamento en edificio hay reglas generales respecto del ruido por la noche, pero como vivo solo, y tanto las paredes, pisos y ventanas son a prueba de ruido, todo se puede hacer siempre y cuando respetemos en conjunto acuerdos y límites. Está permitido recibir visitas y si la situación se da, hasta en compartir una copa o una buena fiesta. No tengo mascotas y generalmente el anuncio está publicado para no recibir, pero si es una mascota pequeña y el huésped se hace responsable de esta, puedo ser flexible (a lo mejor amoroso). Algo que es primordial para mi y mis huéspedes es la limpieza y comodidad, esto es un valor mío, y lo hago valer, siempre llegarás a un lugar donde te sientas a gusto y seguro para dormir, descansar o hacer lo que tú prefieras.
