Bright & Spacious Apartment Near the Gay District

The basic rules during your lodging are the following: 1. Maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the common areas is fundamental for a pleasant coexistence (bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, etc). 2. It is possible to have external visitors as long as they respect the hours of rest and in case of hosting more than one person, an extra fee of $300 will be charged for more than two people in the same room. 3. Parties are not accepted during the week, only on weekends it is possible to hold meetings in the apartment without disturbing the noise inside the building. 4. It is possible to smoke cigarettes inside your room or on the balcony but not in the common areas or bathroom. 5. My dog lives in the apartment: Ramen. He is a very quiet and friendly Xoloitzcuintle but he usually barks when strangers come, be friendly with him and he will love you. I like to have clear communication with my guests and respecting these rules it will always be a pleasure to welcome you back to my home. Xx
