THE APARTMENT Well-kept vacation apartment on one floor (5 steps to the bathroom and 2nd bedroom) with the following facilities:

- own entrance - car parking space - Balcony with gas barbecue - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and satellite TV - 1 folding sofa bed in the living room - bathroom with shower - Fully equipped kitchen - dining area - Living room with TV - fireplace

DETAILS The non-smoking apartment has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a 1.40 m x 2.00 m double bed. In addition, the couch in the living room can be folded out into a large 2.00 m x 2.00 m bed. The apartment is therefore designed for a maximum of 6 people.

In the bathroom you will find a large walk-in shower with rain shower, toilet and washbasin.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oversized oven, fridge with freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, cookware and cutlery.

In the living room there is a fireplace, which provides coziness in autumn and winter (use after instruction).

The television receives via a digital satellite dish.

Balcony with glass roof and awning.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and is included in the price.

Bed linen and towels are provided by us.

PETS Pets allowed after consultation.
