This is a brand new building. Rooftop pool, gym, kids club and ground floor pool to enjoy the best out of this location.

There might be construction noise at the moment. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay.

Blender, toaster, coffee maker, Smart TV + Cable TV, king size bed, silverware, pots, pans and utensils.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, full-size refrigerator with freezer and 2 electric burners.

We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.

Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.

We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.
