As per Palm Springs city wide ordinance, outdoor music is not allowed. For inside music, we just ask that loud music not be heard beyond the perimeter of the property. Quiet time: 10 pm to 8 am No Smoking/vaping or illegal drug usage of any kind (inside/outside). This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. No Parties Pets disclosed at the time of booking are welcome, but please use the sheet provided before pets sit on any furniture. Please pickup after your pets/service animals. For any mess left behind by pet/service animal, there will be an extra cleanup fee of $100. No glass in/around pool. Registered guests only allowed at the property. Cars parked in and around the property cannot exceed 4. The minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age). Check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Early check-in may be available, and we can only confirm a day before the arrival if that is feasible. Please ask us if interested. Please contact us for turning on pool heat($75/day charge for 8 hours up to 86 deg F). Any attempt by the guest to turn on heat directly from equipment or modify the temperature will result in loss of ********. There will be no refunds given for pool heat issues that are beyond the host's control. We maintain the equipment to the best of our ability, and incase of any issue, we would work on a fix asap. Security ******** hold : $500(for stays less than 10 days)/$1000(stays > 10 days) collected separately by the property via OwnerRez. As per the City of Palm Springs requirement, video check in would be done for this property via Ring or Videocall. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract and a copy of a government ID, a request for which will be sent after the booking. Booking will be considered complete only after the written contract/rental agreement is signed by all the adult guests and ******** has been put on hold. Unfortunately, if the contract is not signed within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled.
