Room in a spacious, dual-aspect apartment in the sought-after Montmartre neighborhood (quiet side) and just a few minutes from the Sacré-Cœur. Carefree naturism.

The apartment faces both streets and has a lovely vintage feel with tasteful decor, featuring spacious rooms and plenty of character (molding, a 160-bed, hardwood floors, terrazzo, separate toilet, bathtub, etc.)

It’s located in a shopping district with restaurants, grocery stores, bars, a coffee shop (ISO Café—absolutely fantastic), and two metro lines to get around Paris (Line 4 goes directly to central Paris and serves three major train stations, as well as Line 12) or to enjoy the neighborhood without having to go far.

Located in northern Paris, the apartment is close to parties organized by the Parisian queer scene (La Station Gare des Mines, A la Folie, La Dimanche, Chez Mylène, etc.) and less than 20 minutes from the Buttes Chaumont and its famous Rosa Bonheur (parties every Sunday night).

Direct access to Châtelet-Les Halles via Line 4 in 20 minutes, and to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est in just 3 and 4 direct stops, respectively.

It features a large 160-cm bed and a separate living room. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. There are two small balconies off the living room and bedroom, adorned with flowers and shrubs to provide more privacy and a touch of nature in the city.

In the cupboards, you’ll find all the basic ingredients, and you’re welcome to help yourself to anything in the fridge (or on the shelves with teas, herbal teas, etc.).

The building is quiet and very well maintained.
