Sebastien is a thoughtful, generous and friendly host. Despite his night work, we were able to spend good times with him. The neighborhood is calm, despite the nearby train station which we can't hear at all. However, the apartment lacks maintenance compared to other ******** places where we have stayed.

Sebastian is a charming (and very well-dressed!) man who welcomed me into his home. He even was late to work because of my late arrival by train and still that was not an issue for him. What a gentleman! The apartment is within walking distance of the train station, so that is very handy for anyone traveling to Brest without a car. I enjoyed my days in Brest, walking from the apartment to all parts of the city... a city full of surprises with a rich history. Thank you for hosting, Sebastian!

A nice room in a cool apartment, has everything I needed and easy access to the center. Sebastien was friendly and available, and always quick to communicate. Thanks again!

It was my first time in Bretagne, Brest and Kimper, and it was great thanks to Seb, Who make my visite enjoyable. The flat is quite in the center, therefore very practical to visit the city, witch was almost totally dedtroied in World War II, and near the port and the train station and a taxi stop. Sebastian's apartament is surely what you are looking for your stay.

My stay with Sébastien was simple and pleasant. Sébastien is available for any questions before and during the stay. It was a pleasure to meet him! I recommend.

My stay in Sebastien's apartment couldn't have been better. It's very well located, just minutes away from the train station, the center of Brest and the bus stop to go to Oceanopolis. Sebastien is a very attentive host, he really made me feel at home. And besides, he speaks Spanish....! Totally recommended

Sébastien's apartment is ideally located, next to the train station, near the bus stop to Océanopolis, within walking distance of the city center. Sébastien gave us his room, his bed is very comfortable, the apartment is very well decorated, the neighborhood is very quiet. Despite shifted work schedules, we received personalized hospitality, were able to chat a bit, and Sébastien even helped us find a solution for our luggage during our day trip to Ouessant. An address to remember!

Sébastien was an extraordinary host. He picked me up at the station, and from the start he was extremely kind and thoughtful. He also showed me around the city by taking me to the best places in town. In short, it was a superb host experience.
