A quiet place, a room admittedly in a private home but with a true independent unit that allowed me to have my own privacy. Eric is a very welcoming person, attentive and very friendly. Moreover, I was able to do almost everything on foot from the accommodation... Thank you Eric

During my vacation in Brittany, I spent a couple of nights in Brest at Eric's place. Everything went perfectly: the booking, the communication and coordination, the accommodation matched the pictures and descriptions on the website, everything was neat and clean, and I had a lovely room with a private bathroom, right in the heart of Brest. Parking on the street. Eric himself is very hospitable, helpful, and straightforward. I would always book with him again.

Eric welcomed us very kindly at 1 am in his quiet house well located near the city center. We can leave to visit the city on foot from his place. An address I recommend. Very good value for money.

I invite you to stop by Éric's place, who welcomed me with a smile and sincerity. We shared the traditional glass of friendship—a small bottle that I like to bring with me when traveling. The bedroom and bathroom are spotless, the house is peaceful. We chatted about many topics with Éric. I was able to fall into a deep and peaceful sleep. Courtesy, kindness, discretion, availability. Everything is done to make for a peaceful stay and to take advantage of the ideal location of the house. Éric was very helpful for discovering the area, cycling trips... In short, a host and a house of choice for a peaceful stay.
