Pie de la Cuesta is located approximately 20 km from the Miguel Aleman coast (Acapulco), it is a community located next to the Coyuca lagoon, where its inhabitants are dedicated to fishing and tourism (boat rides, water skiing, kayaking, and restaurants with typical local cuisine).

Near the property you can find: La Barra de Coyuca, which joins the sea with the lagoon. Turtle and bird hatcheries that show a great biodiversity of the region. Self-service stores such as: Soriana Express Market (20 minutes by car), Bodega Aurrera (15 min drive). An OXXO convenience store (10 min drive) and even closer to the location there are grocery stores where you can buy basic products such as milk, bread, soda, water, etc.

Mobility in the area is in different ways: Walking or biking to access nearby places (grocery stores, the sea and the lagoon). Public transportation (colectivos, urban, and cabs) for longer trips.

In the area you can find the Air Base No. 7 "Gustavo G. Leon Gonzalez" of the Mexican Air Force (FAM) is located in the area.
