You will get the top bunk in a shared room that is fully furnished. The bottom bunk is where I sleep, If the top bed does not work for you I don’t mind switching, we can discuss when you arrive. You will have access to the full space which includes the kitchen and bathroom of course, also the outside yard which has a fully furnished gazebo equipped with a ceiling fan, heater. If you smoke it must be done in the gazebo, I do not allow smoking inside. My place is a back house that’s very private and comfortable located in North Hollywood minutes from Hollywood/Burbank airport.

Omar is a quiet respectful person. I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend his place and the perfect water pressure in a shower.

Omar has a converted garage space into a stylish studio with bunk beds that is very comfortable. A perfect place for me to hang and tour the LA area. Once you figure out the parking issue with him you will park right next to the place which is perfect. I would stay here again.
