Loud and disturbing noise of any kind will not be tolerated.

No pets allowed. We have a Boston Terrier that doesn't get along great with other animals but loves humans.
QUIET TIMES
We work Monday - Friday from home and would ask that you be courteous especially late nights and during the day.
SMOKING POLICY
The house is non-smoking – smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit, on the balcony and in all common areas. If there are any signs of smoking within the unit, significant penalties will apply.
