A brand new comfortable private bedroom with en-suite/private bathroom in a cosy and spacious newly built place (with AirCon/Balcony/Lift). Located in a superb central location (Pietà/Msida area) in the heart of principal main connections to flexibly and comfortably move around the island. Its tailored planned constructions, design and its location make it very practical and welcoming for hosting purposes. Hence, catering for the convenience, comfort and safety of you (the visitor). COMFORT & DESIGN: brand new room and furniture, featuring modern industrial and retro styles, with a comfortably king sized double bed. Apertures at both the en-suite/private bathroom and main bedroom promote good air ventilations. Room is also equipped with an air conditioning system for cooling and heating (equipped with a meter usages charged separately at a local flat rate). Additionally, room is naturally well lit through an outside double glazed balcony door, with full balcony/terrace access at your convenience, and hence, is also equipped with door/window blackout blinds for light control, and mosquito nets. Night and study/reading LED lights are also present in the room. Other miscellaneous at your disposal include a foldable wall mounted table, a chair, mirrors, hairdryer, kettle & mugs, and additional throws.

Just around the corner you have access to the Marina Prominade (ideal for walks), which leads to either Valletta or St.Julian’s. Around the corner you can also easily access many important outlets including Cafeterias, Bars & Restaurants, Pharmacies & Clinics, ATM Machines, Language schools and University, iGaming companies, and other shops for shopping. Additionally, all buses depart from the principal main bus station hub in Valletta and all pass by 2 nearby bus stops.
