Erotic merman paintings and statues throughout this beach-inspired suite at Gay Paradise Suites ******** resort. Cozy up on your queen-size bed while watching Aquaman on your 55" smart TV or just relax in the living room to watch it on the 65" smart TV, then head to the fully-stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your own snack or meal. The large living room has a queen size sofa sleeper for any queens that want to tag along with you. Large patio doors off of the bedroom(completion by fall '24) look out onto the tranquil backyard paradise. Your private bathroom has all the supplies you need to get ready for a night out on the town: fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer and, of course, toilet paper. When you don't want to leave, these are the things that you can be enjoying:
The Misting Beach Lagoon: complete with comfy lounge chairs to make relaxing in the sun a breeze. Cool off in the shallow lagoon water (unique pool - heated when temps are above 60) that is surrounded by lush green landscaping, while floating under suspended misters.
Hot Tub: warm your muscles and get an invigorating massage at the same time, underneath the umbrella of trees.
Social Space: nestled in the corner of the property is a cabana area with couches, chairs, and a variety of outdoor games, such as Giant Jenga® and Giant Connect Four®.
Picnic Area: close to the hot tub is a large round table with a burgundy umbrella for shade. BBQ up a storm on the gas grill with the cooking utensils provided.
Fire pit: beautiful wood-burning fire pit, located next to Misting Lagoon, for all of those chilly and not-so-chilly nights. Wood included on the premises.
Zen Rain Shower: an outdoor cooling rain shower, complete with massaging pebble stones underfoot, surrounded by lush greenery and maybe a peeking eye or two.
Wi-Fi Haven: high-speed wi-fi throughout entire premises. Included with your stay.
Parking: one space per suite is available in the rear of the property, off of 41st St and 1st Ave S.
The SunRunner: new as of Summer 2022. St. Petersburg's new beach-to-downtown trolley system. Ride one way for $2.25 and save on transportation. Closest stop right outside on 1st Ave S. Look for the SunRunner sign.
Add'l: washer and dryer, snacks & soda and day passes available for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.

"Quiet Hours:" 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep it quiet between the hours listed and adhere to all city noise ordinances. Be respectful to other guests and surrounding neighbors. Pet policy: small, quiet dogs only ($10/night includes food and poo-poo bags). Please pick up all dog feces promptly and sanitarily in the poo-poo bags provided. Dogs are to be monitored at all times to respect the other guests staying at the property. Any property damage done by dogs will incur in an appropriate fee. Damages: any damages found upon arrival need to be reported on the day you arrive, so that you are not unnecessarily charged for them. You will be responsible for any damages or theft that incur while staying on property. Gay Paradise Suites reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairs, replacement, services or extra cleaning for all damage, breakage and/or loss during your stay. Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside building. Please discard any butts in the outdoor ashtrays. Be considerate of non-smokers next to you! If found in violation of above rule, Gay Paradise Suites reserves the right to vacate you from the premises without refund. You will also be charged with a deep-clean fee to cover the costs of removing smoking smell and residue. Liability: Gay Paradise Suites, nor Ken Wenz, assume any liability for your stay or the activities, you as individuals, partake in. Guests acknowledge that Gay Paradise Suites, nor Ken Wenz, is responsible for any loss of personal property, including currency, jewelry, electronics or other personal items. Ken was such a great host. Communication before the trip, checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and gave excellent recs for things to do around the area. The space he's created is clean and serene. Definitely Recommend

Suite is spacious and well maintained. Arrival was easy with all the codes provided and able to check-in ahead of schedule. Ken has created a great resort-like setting right in St. Pete and has built out a community with different events. Would definitely recommend.

Over all this was a Very positive experience and I will be staying here again in the future. Ken is Awesome, very friendly and super helpful. We are so happy to have been able to take advantage of this great space. The location was wonderful for all the needs that I had while working there.

Very cute and quiet place. Ken communicated with me throughout the day of check-in and actually had the suite ready earlier than expected. Ken checked on me the next day and several times throughout my stay when he hadn't seen me in person. Really enjoyed the hot tub, pool chairs, and outdoor table/chairs. Ken was keeping the property clean and tidy throughout my stay. Will definitely be back when I come back to St Pete

Ken was a great host and his property is nice and well-maintained. Lots of amenities outdoors. Being summer, the shallow pool was quite warm all the time but it is still a nice spot. Room was comfortable and a nice kitchen area. My only comment is that the shower is one of the small plastic stall types so it's kind of tight but everything worked fine. The location is perfect for easily getting on the Sunrunner bus to go downtown, to the bars and restaurants, or out to the beach. Very convenient

Excellent host! We were there for Pride weekend and had a great time. Resort is as advertised, even better. Ken and Theo (dog) greeted us with a welcome cocktail. Quiet neighborhood and the big bonus was the SunRunner transit system within steps of front door.

Ken was a phenomenal host. Attentive, responsive and personable. The accommodations were great and the property was perfect for a little getaway. We highly recommend this to others and we'd definitely stay here again

What an amazing place to stay while visiting St Petersburg. it was a last minute find and I am so glad I came across it. My Suite was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the Yard is Beyond incredible, pics do not do it justice. Must be seen in person. You can lounge by or in the lagoon/wading pool. Sit on the man made beach, hang by the fire pit, or relax in the hot tub. every inch of the yard is amazing. there is also a grill to use if you choose to BBQ. Ken is a great host. He is friendly, personable, very accessible and easy to communicate with. He truly cares about his guests and wants their stay to be memorable. It was nice meeting other guests and day passers who come to hang and relax. I very much enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.
