Tuscan-style, gated community with 55' pool, three hot tubs, fitness center and clubhouse w/BBQ. 9' ceilings, natural light, Large Island in fully equipped kitchen with open floor plan that leads into dining/living room with a fireplace and mountain views highlight the main floor that includes main bedroom/bath. 2nd bedroom/en suite bath is on entry level with private patio off sliding doors along with laundry and entrance to garage.
