Quiet room, on the ground floor, (my private garden) in a 76 m2 apartment, in a secure residence of 2021. Sleeping: 1 new quality sofa bed (mattress thickness: 15 cm), for 1 or 2 people, 140 cm wide. The bright bedroom opens directly onto the terrace, facing south with the adjoining garden. Very nice for breakfasts and meals (table with chairs available).

6 minutes walk from metros 14 and 13, bus 173. Line 14: 15 minutes direct to St Lazare, Chatelet, Gare de Lyon... direct Champs Elysées with line 13
