A house with everything you need in it

1) no guests, couch surfers, overnight visitors, no parties of any kind.... 2) general care of the property: no storage of the property of any other person; clean up after each use of the kitchen, taking trash out, no moving furniture around, not burning the fireplace; no burning of any candles or fires. 3) Care of the plumbing: nothing but body waste and toilet paper in the toilets.... no dental floss, tampons, condoms, q tips, etc; Kitchen sink and disposal: no grease, wax, rice in the kitchen sink or disposal. 4) Report any damage 24 hours a day via text with pictures. 5) Do not bother or harass neighbors. Report any/all disputes neighbors right away. 6) No smoking or illegal substances on the property. Do not run a business out of the property. Do not see clients at the property. 7) Not responsible for loss, theft or damage to tenant's property. Tenant agrees to remove all personal property when the lease terminates.
