Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is very spacious, with over 5,000 square feet, making it ideal for families and groups. Four floors, with a wonderful view on each level. The home has four bedrooms, one bedroom at pool level, two at street level, and one at rooftop. Each bedroom has its own bath. All beds are queen-size with the exception of the fourth floor bedroom, which has twin beds that can be converted to a king. There are two living rooms indoors, a large kitchen and dining room, and balconies and/or patios on all levels. The large pool and separate hot tub will make you feel you have stepped into your own resort. PRIVATE SPA TREATMENTS can be arranged for at home services. Close to the INSTITUTO ALLENDE and Park Juarez. Just a 15 minute walk to Centro with many great restaurants, shopping and galleries along the way. Taxi and bus services are right outside the door. Maid service 3 days per week. The gardener is there three days a week to maintain the grounds and help in any way needed. Our fabulous cook, Concha, is available by request. A local tour guide, Helene Kahn, can be contacted for a walking tour or day trip. Carport is available and additional parking in a gated area for up to 2 additional cars. Wonderful neighbors are nearby who speak English and are full-time residents! Transportation from the nearest airport in Leon (BJX) or Queretaro (QRO), one hour away, or from Mexico City, can be arranged.
