Quiet hours observed 10PM to 7AM Sunday-Thursday; 11PM-7AM Friday & Saturday 2. Minimum age of 25 to book 3. Please no Smoking inside the house (up to $250 Cleaning & Deodorizing Fee if smoke is detected in the house) 4. Host bears no responsibilities for any accident, injuries or illness that you may sustain during your stay. 5. Please be kind to our Earth by turning off lights when you are not using them and closing all windows, sliding doors and blinds 6. No Parties/Events 7. For safety security & insurance purposes only Registered & Guests are allowed onsite. We reserve the right to ask for all guest names and ages for safety insurance and security purposes. Also guests must supply number of vehicles. There is a $125/daily per person charge for unauthorized guests. 8. Groups of 2 or more you must inquire first prior to Instant Booking 9. Local area guests must send a request prior to booking stating nature of visit 10. Check-out is 11AM unless stated otherwise. A Mandatory $50 fee for unauthorized "Overstay". If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) & does not award you possession of the property for the day of "Overstay". If guest wants to extend their stay (based upon availability), a new official booking will need to be made. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of reimbursement.
