Climate Control: This unit comes equipped with a AC system that will automatically shut down if the doors or sliders are left open for more than sixty seconds. Please make sure the door are shut completely for the AC service to work correctly. Services: Beach chairs are included with your rental by the company located directly on the beach behind the resort. Aquatic Adventures also offers parasailing, banana boat rides, pontoon rentals and boat tours. Garbage Service: The trash chute is located on the 7th floor, near the unit, on the east end of the building. Departure Rules: Upon departure tenant will: a. All refrigerated foods are to be removed from unit b. All trash is to be removed from unit c. Place all dirty towels on bathroom floors, NO NEED TO STRIP BEDS d. Put all dishes in dishwasher, add detergent, and start dishwasher. e. PLEASE LEAVE ANY UNUSED PARKING PASSES AND ALL WRISTBANDS ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER NEAR THE SINK. -Tenants shall pay one time charge of $50 dollars from the credit card on file for non-compliance with departure rule Cleaning Note: The cleaning fee that you are being charged is for routine cleaning. If the property is left abnormally messy and the cleaning crew has to spend extra time cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be added to your expense. (98% of Clients are very respectful of the property, this is meant for the other 2%). ALL units are Non-Smoking: If the unit smells of smoke at the time of departure, $250.00 will be billed to the credit card on file.
