Enjoy your stay in this boho chic unit, which is just around the corner from the downtown Miami business district, the Wynwood arts district, and South Beach is about 20 minutes away. The building is a classic urban building in Little Havana that is considered the Cuban heart of Miami where you can find Latin restaurants, art galleries, bars, and other cultural activities.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with queen beds and one bathroom. It is ideal for 4 guest comfortably. Cozy bohemian living room with pouf, large futon and Smart TV. A kitchen equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher.

Unit includes: - Free parking - Washer/Dryer in the building - Free WIFI - Central air conditioner - Close to all the great restaurants in Little Havana

Our place is located in Miami, which is known for being a hot and humid city, although we treat the interior and exterior of the property monthly to prevent pest entry, we cannot ******** that the unit will be free of insects.

If there is a problem with the washer and dryer, a technician will be dispatched as soon as possible.
