Our studio guest house is a good fit for 1-2 guests. Recently built with a small kitchenette with a microwave, hot plate, fridge and Keurig coffeemaker.
The space has a Queen size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, air conditioning, a laptop/writing desk and 32" TV with Roku streaming.
The guest house has its own patio with table, chairs and umbrella for dining in the lovely Tucson weather (October - May)!
Guests do have access to our covered swimming pool, currently heated to 85 degrees. Most power comes from our solar array.

Hi,
We've been together for 20 years and have been married since it became legal for us. We have a 16 year old kiddo and a an 8 year old puppy at heart.
We were both raised in Tucson, but spent that last 10+ years in the pacific northwest and love it there too. Now back in the southwest for some more sunshine and to be close to our families.
We love to travel and meet new people, would be happy to host your trip and give you tips for fun things to do around the area!

Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to provide us with an amazing stay! The home is incredibly cute and well taken care of! Super welcoming and exactly as depicted! They answer all questions and provide so much help with places to go for food and fun! So thankful to have found them!

I arrived and the host was present and offering help. The accommodations were exactly what I needed. The pool was a nice option, though I didn't use it. This was centrally located in Tucson for me with great options for food, a Planet Fitness nearby, and an easy drive to just about anywhere in the area. I liked this place. I'd stay here again.

Communication with host was great. Check-in was easy - host was present, in person. The space is private and well furnished. We had everything we needed. Did not use the pool but it is a great extra to have. We only stayed one night but would return to stay again and would stay longer if/when we return to Tucson.

If you like tiny houses, this is the place for you. It may not have much square footage, but it is absolutely perfect for a short stay. Even a long one would be nice. It has everything you need! It's evident that the owners have invested a lot into this property and they generously open it up for travelers to enjoy. Easy parking out front, clear instructions for check-in, and very friendly owners who were great with communication. Highly recommend and will very likely be back someday.
