Anymore than 6 guests will classify as a party and all persons will be evicted. - Age Policy: Renter must be at least 25 years old. At least 75% any of group must be 25 years or older, unless pre-approved by the host. All guests may be required to show ID to the host at the time of booking, anytime prior to their arrival or upon their arrival for name and/or age verification. - NON SMOKING property. Smoking is only allowed outside, but please throw away all cigarette butts, ashes and cigars before you depart. Any additional cleaning due to smoke odor or trash left behind, will incur a fee (subject to the necessary amount required to eliminate the damage) be withheld from the ********.
