The Carroz d'Arâches ski resort is 1km from the chalet on foot via a hiking trail, or 5mns by car. It's part of the Grand Massif ski area (260 km of slopes, linked to the resorts of Flaine, Samoens and Morillon); it has all amenities, shops, restaurants, aquatic center, skating rink, and is easy to get to: 10 km from the A40 freeway exit, 50 minutes from Geneva (airport or train station), 2 hours from Lyon; nearest train station in Cluses, 12 km away. Shuttle buses and cabs.
