Gardening work on Wednesdays around 10am, twice a month. Pool is not heated and pool lights are currently out of service. The pool can be only used during daytime. Maintenance every Monday morning. The Jacuzzi is non-heatable Trash day is every Friday Guests will have access to the entire home except few closets and cabinets that we have locked. Located in a quiet area. Close to stores, restaurants and parks.

Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
