Low voice by the house's stairs. 4- Smoking is allowed only outside the house. 5- It is forbidden to flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets. (please place sanitary napkins, wet-wipes, cotton-balls, etc. in the sanitary bin next to the toilet). 6- Use the kitchen, bathroom and utilities wisely and with care. 7- Non-stick pans, don’t use metal on non-stick pans. Clean non-stick pans with scratch-proof scouring pads only. 8- We expect you clean up after yourself. This includes cleaning and putting away dishes and kitchenware . 9- Switch off all lights and A/C when not in use or leaving the house. 10- There is a strict 2-person maximum occupancy for our place. Additional overnight guests are not allowed. Please do not invite additional visitors without discussing with us first. 11- No packages shall be mailed to our home. 12- Any spills or damage shall be reported immediately; we understand mistakes happen, but we would like to assist you with clean-up if necessary. 13- Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a 20dlls replacement fee. 14- Any significant damage will result in the loss of ******** or ******** money request to be sent to you. Other than that, just have a great time and we'll be more than happy to assist you!
