The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with one double room available for 2 people, in the other I stay. In the case of accommodation for more than one person, the price must be adjusted accordingly, including the second person as an option on the platform. With a beautiful view of Sugar Loaf Mountain, the view from this room, for me, is the most charming!!! It has a spacious bathroom, an airy living room and a kitchen shared with the host. In the living room, there are two months that can be used for meals and also for work, if necessary. In the kitchen I have a 4-burner gas stove, a blender, an Airfryer, a large fridge and basic kitchen utensils. In the living room I have a hammock that everyone can use... when it gets a bit windy, the swing and the beautiful view are a delight. At night I usually leave a warmer, cozier light on, making the space even more charming and inviting for a good chat over a drink and some good music. The entrance to the building is charming, and the elevator isn't even mentioned... for those who like to take selfies, it has everything you need, all mirrored and with old-fashioned railings. The doormen are always cordial and polite, ready to help us with anything we need and are at the concierge 24 hours a day.

Enjoy this delicious experience!!! Facing Aterro do Flamengo, the largest urban park by the sea in the world. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Santos Dumont airport, close to Arcos da Lapa and its bohemia, as well as being close to the metro, Vlt and buses to the whole city. Close to Praça Mauá and its museum stop in Rio's port area, right next to Largo da Prainha with its cozy bars and Pedra do Sal, where a delicious roda de samba takes place. In just 20 minutes you can reach the city's most beautiful beaches and enjoy the charm and incomparable beauty of the promenade of one of the world's most famous beaches, Copacabana and Ipanema, where at any time of day there are bars and restaurants with the best of the city's cuisine, live music in the kiosks along the 7km long waterfront and wide strip of sand!!! I always enjoy Rio's nightlife here in the center, where there are plenty of options for everyone. Starting with Lapa and its countless bars along Av. Mem de Sá, the good thing about Lapa is that you can walk around meeting people and exchanging ideas between one caipirinha and another. Another place I love is Pedra do Sal, where there are samba circles with lots of diverse and beautiful people! For those who like a closed venue, next door is the gay nightclub The Home, formerly The Week, with two pop and electronic venues. The prices are a bit high and it goes on until the sun comes up. Further on is my favorite... Bar Delas, in Praça da Harmonia. A free corner bar with lots of Brazilian music, pop, electronica, you name it. The best place to exchange glances and a good chat with lots of kisses on the lips and, best of all, you don't have to pay!!! All with super cheap drinks, cold beer, caipirinha and other drinks!!! All this is close to home, so you can stay out until the sun goes down. There's also the famous Feira da Glória, with its famous pastel and caldo de cana on Sundays and a beautiful roda de samba in the late afternoon, outdoors and free of charge, always with lots of beautiful people for a good flirtation!!!
