Beautifully Appointed Chic Midtown Home Across from Piedmont Park

We have very few rules. Everyone is different with different habits and I consider this your home when you stay with us. You can do as you please for the most part... within reason. OUR hard and fast rule is: NO SMOKING or POT allowed inside EVER. The private rear entrance / back steps are totes fine but it isn’t fun washing the rugs and curtains and comforters to get out the smell when turning over the unit for the next guest... and it triples my cleaning time... and it does come under our connected door into our personal space. Appreciate the understanding. THERE IS A $200 CLEANING FEE IF YOU BREAK THIS RULE. Quiet time: 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors. NO PARTIES OVER 10 PEOPLE. - $200 PARTY FEE Really no other rules except common courtesy. We don't ask you to clean since you've paid a fee for me to do it... though a few people do treat our home like a hotel. We are not a corporation or hotel. It's our home. We are a nice couple with a duplex and your stay helps us pay half our mortgage and allows us to live in this amazing place, which we are truly grateful for. Disrespectful guests use every backup linen and 12 big towels for a 2 day stay or 8 rolls of toilet paper... or they leave trash on the ground or the toilets stopped up or the kitchen sink piled high instead of just taking 2 seconds to put the dishes in the dishwasher. Would you do this in your own home? It's just courtesy to be reasonable and kind please...
