PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Accommodations are for 6 People ONLY. No more than the permitted persons in the condo space. The Resort All-Access is for 4 Adults and 2 children, any additional Adult will have a fixed cost of $23 USD per person, per day, and shall be paid for full stays. If you have 5 adults and 0 minors, for example, 1 extra adult will have to pay $23 USD per day to access the pool and beach. If you have two adults and four minors, as another example, there will be no extra charges. The fees for extra guests can be paid at the front desk when you arrive. Public Areas of Use Include: Main pool and lounge chairs located in the pool area, beach and lounge chairs located on the beach, palapas on the beach (upon previous reservation at Concierge), gym, tennis courts, mini-golf, basketball court, solarium and garden areas located on the ground floor next to the pools. **Discounted all inclusive food and beverage option available. ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTIONS ~Sunscape's all-inclusive option offers 6 dining options including: two à la carte, a fast casual, a buffet, a grill, and a café. Enjoy live entertainment, partake in land and water sports, and other amenities. **The all-inclusive option is available on a day-by-day basis. The Sunscape Resort is a CASHLESS resort. Condominium guests can purchase single or multi-day All-inclusive food & beverage options at the front desk upon check-in or throughout their stay. There is a maximum all-inclusive capacity at the resort, so it is recommended that condominium guests purchase their preferred all-inclusive packages at the beginning of their stay. Simply go down to the front desk and purchase on the days you choose. This is great if you want to get out and explore the city on some days and stay at the resort by the pool on others. The purchase of an All-Inclusive option are required to dine in the 6 restaurants or obtain beverages on the resort property. Food markets and local restaurants are located within walking distance to the resort, please see guidebook and ******** maps for recommendations! All-inclusive is available per person per day at an extra cost. Winter 5% Increase (November 7 to December 18) Kids Splash Day Pass for Pool -12 years old and under Hours 12 pm - 5 pm $3 USD per day (minimum purchase of 2 days) BRINGING FOOD & DRINKS FROM CONDO TO RESORT You can bring any kind of beverage into the resort area (restricted to one beverage per person) provided it is not contained in glass or disposable plastic containers. It is forbidden to bring any kind of food into the resort areas.
