Located just 6 mins away by foot .Close to many shops , groceries, bars , coffee shop,gym ,Coiffeur , park, schools, language course , restaurant,dental clinic,pharmacy etc. Flat is very near central mahmutlar ( clock tower ) and in a street with calm neighborhood. No noise from the cars .flat located in the uppest floor. There’s bus stop if you want to go to Alanya center it takes around 30-40mins and cost about 1usd(or 22TL) .Gym sport is just next .and the booze shops is almost anywhere :) BIM is 80m away and MMM migros about 300m away. There’s lift/elevator .Pools. bike parks. Car parks is free and it is outside (next /in front the Apt). There’s many rental for bike/scooters /cars for rent along barbaros. 🗣 English , Français, Bahasa , Melayu
