The property is very quiet with lots of outdoor open space and boasts amazing sunset views of Mt. Erie and the Olympic Mountains across organic broccoli fields. There is a very private meadow-like backyard with mature trees, pond, and 6-person hot tub!

The apartment is on the second floor of a large barn-house. It features a bright and airy open floor plan with two bedrooms and a full bath. Access is through the entry and staircase off the carport on the ground level, but there is no access to the large garage space below.

There is a large deck with a spectacular view facing west, which looks out across several miles of open fields and farmlands and Mt. Erie. It is especially great for wildlife viewing and sunsets. There are several acres for outdoor play, as well as a large fully fenced backyard with a pond which is accessible from the back deck. There is covered parking for one vehicle, as well as uncovered parking for several more.
