Very quiet residence and exterior, allowing you to enjoy the balcony for reading, relaxing or having an aperitif.
Ample free public parking in front of the apartment.
The apartment is fully equipped with wifi and Netflix access.
Linen can be included on request.
Façade work in the residences is nearing completion in my residence, but the scaffolding is still there (to be removed at the end of October).
