This is a 1950s Building, former hotel turned into apartments. Big halls and stairs and a wonderful view of the park in front.
It has the charm of high ceilings and big spaces and the comfort of modern spaces, furniture and security.
Conveniently located one block away from Santander Square (main Square).
The loft is inside the S. Rodriguez Building, built in 1950 by Secundino Rodriguez, a renowned local businessman. This fully renewed in 2022 loft offers comfort and space in the middle of the busy commercial downtown neiva area.

Located in the heart of the city, one block away from the main square and in front of a park. Downtown Neiva is very commercial by day and very quiet by night. You will be able to discover local culture and commerce, food, crafts, and bargains in clothes and home textiles. Bars and local LGBTQ+ Scene is within walking distance along Carrera 5 A cultural immersion near government and business buildings.
