Rest, Relax or set out for your next beach adventure here in this private residence located here in beautiful St Petersburg, Florida. Your well-appointed private bedroom and bath (not attached) are centrally located to all the popular gay beach and downtown hangouts.

Come enjoy your time away from home with Chloe (my amazing Golden Retriever) and myself in this centrally located 3 bed/2 Full Bath (your room, mine and a home office)! Your private bedroom is nautically themed and includes a full-size bed, 50'in television (NetFlix, Hulu & Apple TV, included), and ample storage (drawers, cabinets, and closet). Your bathroom is complete with a jetted Jacuzzi tub. The pool is completely private, and clothing is optional. You will have full use of the common areas (including washer/dryer and coffee bar) and I encourage you to make yourself at home! Door code will be provided so you can come and go and parking is available.

High-speed wi-fi throughout entire premises, outside included. Included with your stay. Chloe will not be in your room and interaction with her is not required. That said, if you have pet allergies- this may not be the best fit :(

Centrally located and a quick ride to the downtown gay hot spots (4.5-5.5 miles). 1 mile to downtown Gulfport and a quick 5 miles to the 'gay' beach; sunset beach (4 miles or less to other popular beach spots). You have your choice of two airports (Tampa International or St Pete) both approximately a 20-25 minute drive.

Your 'home away from home' is within a mile of the Pinellas Bike Trail which extends over 50 miles from Downtown St Pete to the beach and all the way to Dunedin/Tarpon Springs!

I had a wonderful time staying at Bruce's place. The house was clean and everything I might have needed was available. It was a bit too cold to go swimming but I still tried to briefly! Parking is on the street but the neighborhood is quiet so that isn't an issue. Chloe is the friendliest golden retriever ever and she will always ask for pets. Bruce was very communicative and friendly; great stay overall!
