This new luxury building has 15 suites. Smart lock Parking is available in designated unit spot or any other non-labeled spot. Enter # plus main entrance code into keypad. Enter personal code followed by the unlock button on the keypad of the unit's door. Enjoy the safe and welcoming famed city of Wilton Manors. Walk to Wilton Drive with its bevy of shops, restaurants, and bars. Easily walk to the new Sprouts grocery store for all your shopping essentials. This new luxury building is located directly on the Middle River for easy waterway access and Manatee/duck sightings. You can walk to all the restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops on Wilton Drive (10 min walk) and Oakland Park Blvd (3-5 min). We have plenty of on free on site parking for cars and one specifically designated spot for this unit. Easy drive or Uber to downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach.

No campers, busses or big trucks permitted on site. We offer two parking spots per apartment - one designated with the unit number along with plenty of other available spots. Use the provided access code on the keypad to get into the main building entrance. Then use the separate access code to get into your specific apartment. Two key fobs are provided in the unit to use for access to the main building entrances, the gym, pool deck, and dock. Must be 21 or over to book the unit. NO PARTIES ALLOWED on premises or in the unit - exterior areas are monitored and authorities will be immediately notified at any sign of a party resulting in immediate eviction with no refund. Registered guests only on premises. Quiet time after 10 pm. Pool and pool deck hours are from 8 am to 10 pm. No glass in pool area. Gym hours are from 7 am to 10 pm. Parking for up to 2 standard size cars on premises. Guests are asked to remove trash from unit upon departure. No exceptions for checkin or check out times. Lost key/fob fee $100 No food and/or drink in bedrooms. Damage to the unit exceeding the ******** amount will be billed to the guest and reported to ********. Smoking allowed in parking lot only Use of any paddleboards, kayaks etc are at your own risk and owner / building is held harmless in any and all ways for any injury or accident that may occur. No campers, busses or big trucks permitted on site.

Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the building is equipped with cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and lobby, and there are no cameras on the inside of the suite. The property has a full time on site building superintendent.

If you would like to have an early/late check-in or a late check-out, let us know one day in advance in writing. Doing this does not ******** our approval. Our approvals depend completely on factors that are out of our control. For example, whether our maids or technicians have ample time to do their job, whether our hosts/hostesses will have ample time to perform their inspections. So, let us know as soon as possible if this is something you are interested in and we can see if it is something we can accommodate.
