Read a book in the library room or private balcony overlooking the property's in-ground pool. 10-minute drive to Yale, downtown New Haven's restaurants, bars, shops, and train station with direct transport to Grand Central. Quick stroll to the beach, Lighthouse Point Park, Amarante's Sea Cliff and Anthony's event spaces, Krauzers (convenience store) and neighborhood wine shop.
The space Cozy and spacious upstairs apartment with private entrances via lobby and balcony deck. In-ground pool is open seasonally for guests to enjoy.
Full eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso coffee maker, and dining area featuring an extra long table suitable for up to 6 people. Hey there! I’m Sara! Born and raised in Connecticut, graduated from Central CT State University and eventually, traded in an accounting background for a career in the healthcare industry. I lived in NYC for six years, Miami for three and now, split time between Florida and CT to be closer to my family. I love all things creative (especially painting) and spent all of my spare time last year learning how to use power tools and repair/renovate a house. Believe it or not, our multi-family property was a complete house makeover completed by yours truly... thanks to inspiration from Pinterest, education from YouTube, support from my fiancé (master of doors now lol) and a couple of amazing contractors who repaired major things like roofing, plumbing, and all those safety-hazards that simply require the aid of experienced, licensed professionals. We’re excited to finally and officially be hosts and hope our guests have the best experience with their stay!

This is a very nice apartment, and actually more space than we needed. The pool was clean. Would stay here again.
