Located in Polanco, one of the most exclusive, safe and central areas of Mexico City, our apartment is decorated with Mexican details that will make your stay an experience in your visit to Mexico City.
We are located on the 12th floor of an 18-story building. From our property you can enjoy incredible views of the city. We also have a wonderful rooftop with all the amenities to enjoy or work (barbecue, tables, chairs and armchairs).
Our building is very safe. It has 24/7 surveillance and has a strict control of visitors. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own closet... it is very comfortable and fully equipped to receive guests for short and long stays.

Polanco is classified as one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Mexico City. There you can find the most important stores in the world, the best restaurants in Mexico and move to any part of the city thanks to its strategic location and excellent communication routes.
You can find nearby attractions such as Chapultepec Park, Paseo de la Reforma, Soumaya Museum or downtown.
We are also just a few minutes away from Zona Rosa, the most iconic gay neighborhood in the city, as well as other neighborhoods such as Condesa or Roma, where there are plenty of gay-friendly places and a fun nightlife.

The condominium where the apartment is located has a regulation for the use of common areas and good behavior, which the guests are obliged to respect, otherwise, they will absorb the fines generated by their non-compliance. Parties, excessive noise and smoking are not allowed inside the property. Any damage caused by guests will be covered by them. We try to provide quality supplies to our guests, so bed linen, towels or furniture that are damaged during a stay with stains that are difficult to remove -makeup, food, shoes, etc.- will generate an extra charge. The apartment rent does not include cleaning service during the guests' stay. This has a cost of 400 pesos per day. Housekeeping is not included in the rent of the house. Please note that the building is very secure, so only people registered with the building administration will be allowed access and you may be asked for identification.
