Welcome to: THE LOFT at The Flat Iron, a studio apartment with the perfect location for a single traveler or up to 4 guests. Spotless Clean! Cooking, Laundry, FREE off-street Parking for up to two vehicles on property, very well lit during evening hours, Wifi, Smart TV and FANTASTIC VIEWS. This unit features a clothing optional, private hot tub that may be rented for an additional $200 per stay up to 7 days based on availability for your requested dates. That is per stay not per day. The hot tub suite includes unlimited use of the hot tub during your stay, use of the Surrey bicycle, use of the Stereo System and use of beach gear and beach towels. The Loft can sleep up to four guests. It has one Queen size bed, one Full size convertible couch, and one air mattress. A fully stocked kitchen complete with cookware and dinnerware. A washer & dryer with iron and ironing board. A full size bathroom with tub, shower and blow-dryer. Located steps from the boardwalk. Location, Location, Location! For larger groups please see the main house listing with optional hot-tub. Gay Friendly Neighbors. We would be most honored to host you. We take your safety and security very seriously. We clean and disinfect the unit prior to every guest's arrival, there is never a charge for cleaning services. Come stay and play, you will be happy you did.

A very short Jitney ride to THE BIRD CAGE---Located minutes from The famed Atlantic City nightlife and gourmet restaurants. Right down the street from historic gardeners basin. Walk to the Atlantic City lighthouse, miniature golf course, the lucky snake arcade, the brand new water park under construction and so much more. A clean and very safe neighborhood with gay friendly neighbors. The boardwalk is located just outside the door and the Loft features fantastic views of Brigantine Beach and the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Take a bike ride on the boardwalk, it's literally right out the back door, or visit one of four public parks in the surrounding area that include out door bbq pits, tennis courts, running and walking tracks, basketball courts, and picnic areas. Need some refreshments? All-Star Liquors is a half a block from The Loft. Plenty of our famed night-life and boardwalk activities near by.
