Hello! Here’s what is available! 2 private bedrooms, private kitchen, private entrance, private screened in porch. Long term resident lives in adjoining garage apartment and has his own living space with a private entrance and patio and his own kitchenette. He does not have a private bathroom so he shares the bathroom with guests in the main part of the house which is available for rent. I’m the property owner and live at Folly Beach which is about 10 minutes away. I own rental properties in Charleston and in the Cashiers/Brevard NC area. I’m a phone call away if there are any issues at all. This is a great space that is available month-to month.
