Our apartment is located two blocks from Punto 115, that is an area that locals love to go, full of bars and restaurants perfect to enjoy a more local experience.

If you drive 12 min you will find the 5th Avenue, the busiest and touristic place in Playa del Carmen. And the property is located 15 min from all the gay clubs as 69, La cueva, Havana nights etc.

If you want to go the beach you are in the middle of the two more famous beaches in playa, Mamitas beach, and Punta Esmeralda (where you can find a cruising area)
