You'll enjoy your stay in our newly renovated 3 bedroom house set back on a quiet street in Enderly Park. Pet friendly home with a fully fenced in back yard! Great location! Less than 2 miles from Uptown Charlotte, Bank of America Stadium and the popular South End neighborhood. 3 miles to the entertaining Camp North End. 5 miles to the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. Long driveway with room for 4 vehicles, plus street parking.
Perfect of both business and pleasure travels!
You'll feel right at home in this three bedroom, one bathroom home that just underwent a full renovation both inside and out. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you'll have everything you need with Spectrum high speed internet/WiFi, adjustable standing desk perfect to use when working from home, a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee machine along with a washer & dryer. The open living room is filled with ample seating along with a brand new 55" smart TV with Spectrum cable. The sofa also pulls out into a full size memory foam mattress. The kitchen is stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, air fryer, and a large dinning table for gathering around.

Bedroom #2: Queen bed with memory foam mattress topper.
Bedroom #3: Flex space - Sofa and electric adjustable standing desk to work at during the day and a pull out queen mattress (memory foam) for sleep at night.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras on the outside only for noise monitoring. They are there for the safety of both guests and hosts. If the cameras are tampered with, the guest will be removed from the property immediately.
