Yann and Emmanuel welcome you to their estate, where comfort and well-being are paramount. Surrounding a large swimming pool (9x15) accessible in summer, you'll find a gîte with private access that can accommodate up to 6 people (5th and 6th sofa bed in the living room). The gîte comprises a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and a living/dining room with sofa bed that can sleep two more people. Two additional rooms are accessible via the adjoining porch: a lounge and a bedroom with a 140cm bed. Naturism is conditionally accepted inside the gîte. It must not be practised without express authorization outside privatized indoor areas (presence of unwarned children or guests in rooms who do not share this lifestyle). You'll also benefit from a garden table in your private area and a picnic table in the middle of the garden, a gas plancha and access to the 3-hectare field and orchard. Additional services such as wellness massage, jaccuzzi, sauna, rowing machine and weight bench are currently being rolled out, subject to availability and additional charges, and must be booked 24 hours in advance. Licensed under Licence IV, we offer all kinds of refreshments. In the heart of the countryside, in the middle of fields in a Natura2000 zone and close to the Bordeaux-Toulouse motorway (A62), come and relax on the banks of the Ourbise, between the trees in the orchard, or take a bike along the Canal Lateral to the Garonne, or why not go kayaking on the same river! All the amenities of the town of Tonneins are just 5 minutes away by car. Benefit from Wi-Fi, connected TV (FranSat reception), and all the services of this self-contained accommodation.
