We offer fully self contained holiday apartments and resort facilities on 6 acres of tropical gardens bordered by the natural bush land of Arakwal National Park. Magnificent Tallow Beach is just a short 400 metre walk through the National Park and we are located just 3 minutes south of the heart of Byron Bay.

Please note that Oasis has a No Parties policy, and a strict Noise Curfew from 9:30pm to ensure all guests enjoy their stay. (Call out penalties apply.). We do not take schoolie bookings, hens or buck parties. We reserve the right to cancel those bookings including upon and after arrival at which time no refund will apply. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any changes to your travel plans or unforeseen cancellations. Guests are liable for any damage, lost items, excess cleaning, rubbish removal and late departure fees. Penalties also apply and are liable for smoking inside the accommodation, after hours entry to the closed facilities (pool and spa area) after hours, and noise or behaviour complaints. Call outs incur a minimum $100 charge. Lost keys are charged at $50 per key. Please also check your accommodation before you go - items left behind can only be held for 7 days and post/packaging charges apply.
