With a stunning view of the San Jacinto Mountains, this high ceilings beautiful & stylish Palm Springs Salt Water pool/spa home has 3 en suite bedrooms (full bathrooms). + Den/bedroom located off of the master bedroom with direct access to the sparkling pool & spa. +1/2 bathroom in the hallway. Large open kitchen with attached family room; separate dining area and living room with a fireplace. 3 car garage. A queen size sofa bed may accommodate 2 children under 12. The city of Palm Springs ID # 3607 During October to April, if you would like the pool and spa heated, there is fee of $120.00 per day. If you just want the spa it would be $ 50.00. Please let us know so we can have them heated for you upon your arrival if you'd like.
