During your stay, if you have any difficulties or for technical reasons, you can contact us.
We will take care to respond to your requests within the agreed rental limits.
Your stay includes :
- All utilities (water, electricity and heating)
- Bed linen for all beds included in your reservation (maximum 4 people)
- Bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes).
If you stay 14 days or more, at your request we will come to your home on Saturday morning from 11:00 to change your bed linen free of charge.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The present rental is made subject to the following charges and conditions, which the tenant is obliged to carry out and fulfill, namely
1. To occupy the premises only in a bourgeois manner, the exercise of any trade, profession or industry being formally forbidden, the tenant acknowledging that the premises forming the subject of the present contract are rented to him only as a temporary residence and for pleasure;
2. Respect the accommodation's capacity;
3. To respect the intended purpose of the dwelling and not to make any changes to the furnishings or layout of the premises;
4. Not to take the place of any person whatsoever, nor to sublet, in whole or in part, even free of charge, the rented premises, except with the written consent of the Lessor;
5. To be insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and recourse from neighbors, and to have the rented furniture insured (either through its own insurance contract covering the risks of seasonal rental, or by taking out a special insurance policy for the entire duration of the rental);
6. Refrain from throwing objects into washbasins, bathtubs or sinks that could block the drains, failing which he/she will be liable for any costs incurred in restoring the equipment to working order;
7. To make any complaint concerning the installations within 48 hours of entering the apartment. If this is not the case, the complaint will not be accepted;
8. Notify the lessor as soon as possible of any damage affecting the dwelling, its furnishings or equipment. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be charged to the tenant;
9. Authorize the Lessor, or any third party appointed by the Lessor for this purpose, to carry out, during the rental period, any repairs required on an emergency basis. The Tenant may not claim any reduction in rent in the event that urgent repairs incumbent upon the Landlord should appear during the rental period;
10. To avoid any noise or behavior, whether caused by himself, his family or his acquaintances, which is likely to disturb the neighbors;
11. Respect the building's internal rules and regulations as communicated by the lessor;
12. Agree to visit the premises at the request of the lessor or his representative;
13. Renounce all recourse against the lessor in the event of theft or damage to the rented premises;
