I ask that you treat this apartment—which I’ve spent years making my own—as if it were your own.
I’ve done everything I can to ensure you have a pleasant stay in the Landes/Basque Country region.
The following are non-negotiable:
- poor hygiene
- smoking indoors (I allow smoking outside in the garden as long as the sliding glass doors are closed)
- rowdy, noisy pets weighing more than 15 kg or that are incontinent (peeing or pooping indoors)
