The following are non-negotiable: - poor hygiene - smoking indoors (I allow smoking outside in the garden as long as the sliding glass doors are closed) - rowdy, noisy pets weighing more than 15 kg or that are incontinent (peeing or pooping indoors)

Great accommodation, matching the description perfectly. Very quiet, ideally located to enjoy the region, the beach, the forest and walks... Very welcoming and kind host. Fully equipped, you quickly feel at home. The outdoor space is also pleasant. We had a very enjoyable stay 😉

Good description of the accommodation and the city with all amenities. Welcoming and available host during our stay, even giving us advice on places to visit and gastronomic recommendations. The location and pool are a great asset. Well-equipped accommodation. We'll be back!

Very pleasant host. We were well received and the explanations for settling in were clear. The accommodation is well located and comfortable. Possibility to enjoy the beach 30 min. on foot or by free bus (line N20 in 5 min.) stop not far from the accommodation. Proximity to a Vival for some emergency shopping. It was a positive experience!
